Aparently you are unaware of this, but the Naviagtors are not a gov't agency. If any other religious group wants to minister to the cadets, they are equally free to do so. It sounds to me that you would like the U.S. to treat Christianity the way North Korea does. If I'm wrong, please tell me why.
